2. What Tally Release Finder provides
Tally Release Finder is an independent website that organizes publicly accessible release information and provides navigation links to software files hosted on third-party servers. It is an index and a finding aid: it helps you identify a specific product release and then sends you to the source.
We do not host, mirror, proxy, repackage or modify any software installer. We do not sell software or licences, we do not require accounts, and we do not provide technical support for Tally software.

4. Download links
Download links on this website point to files on servers we do not operate. When you click one, your browser connects directly to the destination server shown by the link, and the file you receive comes from that server, not from us.
Your use of any downloaded software is governed by the licence terms of that software and by the terms of the website hosting it, not by these terms. You are responsible for checking that a release is appropriate for your situation before installing it.
5. Accuracy of release information
We check the release information published here against the sources it comes from, and each release page shows when its download link was last verified. Even so, the information may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Release listings can change without notice.
